Daily progress: April 10

The green onions have grown taller. The bok choy and the lettuce have taken on more of a light green color, hinting that they may be drying out, so we watered the garden more. We pulled out some of the yellowing radish leaves as well.

In preparation of our first meal, we pulled out our very first mini carrot, and some lettuce. 

Daily progress: April 8

There is a lot of progress since the last picture. All of the plants seem to have increased in size, and the bok choy has started to flower. After we took this picture, we removed the flowers because flowers will take nutrients away from the edible bok choy leaves. The lettuce leaves have gotten much larger, as have the radishes and carrots. The bean sprouts have gotten taller, and there are much more pea vines than before.

There is a little bit of degradation from the former picture. While the green onion has begun to prosper, the other plants have started to look a little lighter in color (lighter green rather than a healthy-looking dark green). We tried to counter this problem by adding more water to the soil.

We have added some broccoli sprouts underneath the radishes, but they do not seem like they will survive. There are more bean sprouts underneath the bok choy. The radishes and mini carrots have increased in size.

There is not much visible difference from March 15 to March 19.

Again, there is visible progress in all of the plants: the tomato plant, the radishes, and the bok choy are all growing taller; the mini carrots, lettuce, and arugula have also increased in size. 
There is not much difference in the pictures from March 15 and March 19.

There is visible progress in all of the plants: the radish seedlings, bok choy seedlings, mini carrots, lettuce, arugula, green bean plant, and pea plant have all increased in size.

There is not much visible difference from March 5 to March 6.

There is visible progress to the lettuce leaves, the arugula, the radish seedlings, and the bok choy seedlings. Underneath the bok choy seedlings, a seedling of a green bean has started to sprout.
There is not much visible change between the pictures from March 5 to March 6.
